Ice box quality control process:
1 The raw material must be food grade HDPE, 5502 of Shanghai SECCO
2 In the process of producing plastic boxes, operators should check the boxes for black spots, whether there are hole or not, and the production manager will have to check them irregularly
3 In the coolant filling process, each product must be check the weight , ultrasonic welding where there are holes , and inverted to packing. After 24 hours, each carton must be opened to check for leaks, Without any problem, the product can be shipped and loaded
