Put this product in boiled water for 10 minutes until the heating gel fully melt, or put it into microwave for less than 5 minutes,according to the need can be used as a heating medium. |

1. NEVER use it onto skin directly. NEVER stick it onto skin.
2. NEVER use it when you sleep.
3. Below people need be careful when use the warmer patch:
A: Diabetic,
B: patient of disturbance of blood circulation,
C: people who’s skin sensitivity to hot is lower than normal people (people whose HOT FEELING is not sensitive).
